After hours policy
At Glasshouse Hair Co., we love accommodating our clients’ schedules whenever possible. For appointments outside our standard business hours, we offer exclusive after-hours bookings for your convenience.
After-Hours Fee:
$60 per hour, on top of your regular service cost (prorated to the nearest 15 minutes)
Applies to all appointments scheduled before we open or after we close.

These appointments allow for personalized, private service and help us ensure that every client receives the highest level of attention and care, even outside our standard schedule.

Cancellations
1. Cancellations
More than 24 hours notice: No fee, we simply ask that you notify us so we can offer the appointment to another client.
Day-of or no-show appointments: A 100% fee will be charged.
2. How Fees Are Applied
Fees are based on the scheduled service cost.
Your card on file will be charged automatically for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Or payment is required before your next appointment or added to your current invoice if applicable.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please call or text the salon directly, or use our online booking system.
Early notice helps us maintain our schedule and offer the best service to all clients.
4. Exceptions
Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis at the salon’s discretion.

Credit Card Hold Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when your appointment is scheduled.
Payment is collected after services are completed. Credit cards are used solely to reserve your appointment and may only be charged in accordance with our cancellation or no-show policy.
